Find your Huawei from any browser
- Go to cloud.huawei.com.
- Sign in with your HUAWEI ID.
- Choose Find Device, then your phone model. Once it's located, the other options become available.
Older Huawei phones that have Google apps also work with Google Find Hub at android.com/find.
What you can do
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Play sound | Plays a sound at maximum volume. |
| Lost mode | Locks the phone and shows your message. |
| Lock | Sets a screen lock if there isn't one, and shows a message on the lock screen. |
| Erase data | Erases the phone, but not your Huawei Cloud data. After this it shows as offline. |
Huawei's tool has to locate the phone before ringing, locking or erasing work. If the phone is off, you'll usually see its last known location only.
If it was stolen
- Turn on Lost mode right away.
- Call your carrier to block the SIM and IMEI.
- File a police report with the IMEI. Where to find it.
- Change your HUAWEI ID password and other important passwords.
Next time, it takes ten seconds
Turn on your phone's finding features today, and put a small Bluetooth tracker on the things you lose most, like keys, wallet and bag.
